How does getting a website work?
Book a call and tell Giovani about your business. We collect the details and photos, build your site, and send it to you for review. The build takes about one week once we have the information we need. After your approval, we launch it and handle the ongoing care.
What will my website include?
Your services, service areas, project photos, customer reviews, contact details, and a way to request an estimate. It is custom-coded, works across screen sizes, and includes hosting, security, monitoring, and unlimited updates for $97 a month. There is no setup fee.
How do I request changes?
Call, text, or email Giovani directly. Send new project photos, updated services, hours, or other changes, and we take care of the website. You do not need to learn a website editor.
What is the free review reactivation campaign?
We help you reach past customers with an invitation to share an honest review. You provide the customer contacts you have permission to reach, and we help prepare the campaign. It is included with your website plan.
What happens if I cancel?
The plan is month-to-month, with no long-term contract or cancellation fee. The website is a subscription service: TradePro retains the website design and code, and there is no buyout or transfer of the website. Hosting and website access end when your paid service ends. You keep your domain, logo, photos, and other business assets you provided, and we help you retain access to those.
